Processing Timelines

Custom baskets take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to complete depending on items being used, an estimate will be provided at time of ordering.

All products in stock can be picked up right away or delivered/shipped the next day.

Delivery and Shipping

All our baskets can be picked up free at our workshop in St. Charles, MO by appointment only.

We ship our baskets through USPS and UPS, standard ground, air,  rush and holiday delivery charges apply. Shipping for custom baskets will be quoted upon completion.

We hand deliver in the local area Mon through Fri between 8am and 8pm.
Sat, Sun & Same day delivery by special request only, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Delivery Charges

($10) St. Charles County, St. Peters, O’Fallon and surrounding areas

($12) St. Louis, West County, North County, South County and surrounding areas

($15) Illinois, Pacific, Union, Washington and surrounding areas

Charges for areas not specified above will be determined individually when order is placed.

Large Orders

Any orders over $200 will require a 50% deposit at time of ordering.

Product Review

For all custom orders, a picture of the basket before final wrapping will be emailed to you for review.  Any changes and/or substitutions should be specified at that time.  Payment will be collected upon your final approval.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute any item or items with equal to or greater than original items value, due to manufacturer and vendor product availability.

Chocolate items will be substituted with other suitable items, if basket is to be shipped during the Summer months.

Damaged Packages

Your package will be packed with care, but if your package arrives damaged you need to contact the delivery service for compensation.  Do not throw away the damaged packaging until after you have reported the incident to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied, simply contact us via email at info@catinabasket.net within 3 days of delivery with a full explanation.  Each case will be reviewed accordingly.  We guarantee that we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds are not made if you change your mind or if there is a variance in flavor or packaging.  We cannot accept returns that are made without contacting us first.
