Cat in a Basket is the brainchild of Rachel Sarino.  Drawing inspiration from her creativity and the family cat Hobbes, who loves to sleep in baskets, Rachel launched Cat in a Basket, LLC in January 2009 based out of her workshop in St. Charles, MO.

The idea behind Cat in a Basket’s services is to listen to our clients and provide them with gifts they can personalize over the phone or email.  In today’s day and age where time is of essence, why add another thing to your ‘to do’ list.  Let us help you create and deliver the best, all from the comfort of your home.

Our guarantee is personalized service, one-on-one interaction with our Creative Consultant from start to finish, completely custom, designed from scratch baskets and most importantly high quality items at affordable prices.

At the start of 2010, Cat in a Basket has included an online store to better serve our customers.  We also launched a division of handmade decoupage gifts and decorations, all handmade by our founder Rachel Sarino.
